Our Impact

In 2023, we dedicated the time and resources required to apply for B Corp certification. While we had to change very little about the way we operate our business and manage our team, we did formalize systems, write policy, update our handbook, and make legal changes to our company’s structure and ownership.



We officially submitted our B Impact Assessment for review in January 2024. From January to July, we worked with various B Lab analysts to clarify assessment responses and upload concrete documentation of our practices. At the end of August 2024, we received the news that we had passed the assessment and were officially a Certified B Corporation.
