Caring Careers Start Here is a collaborative initiative created to address Minnesota’s growing demand for senior care professionals. Led by LeadingAge Minnesota and Care Providers of Minnesota, the program connects job seekers to rewarding caregiving careers while supporting the needs of an aging population.
In partnership with Beehive Strategic Communication, ArcStone delivered a wide range of services and campaign support to help create a valuable new resource for the long term care industry.

The Challenge:
Senior care organizations across Minnesota are facing workforce shortages. Despite the high demand, many Minnesotans are unaware of the accessible and rewarding career opportunities available in caregiving. CaringCareersStartHere.com was designed as a centralized resource, providing information and tools for job seekers and employers alike.
Our Approach
ArcStone collaborated with Beehive Strategic Communications to create a cohesive brand identity and messaging that highlighted the meaningful and rewarding nature of caregiving careers.
In addition to producing content for the project—including video production, copywriting, and graphic design—ArcStone’s team developed and hosted a WordPress website that was intuitive, accessible, and served as a one-stop resource for individuals exploring the numerous career pathways in caregiving.
ArcStone also created a system for long term care providers to enter their locations and job openings, connecting these businesses with job seekers looking to enter the industry.
Reviewing The Results
Since its launch in April 2024, Caring Careers Start Here has successfully connected Minnesotans to caregiving opportunities and helped senior care organizations find passionate, qualified individuals. With interactive elements like an employer match tool, a “find your career” tab, and an expansive resource library, the site has already proven itself to be a viable resource for Minnesota’s senior care industry.

The new website ranks for 24 times more keywords than the previous website, becoming a valuable resource for information on the long term care industry.
2,670 Searches
Website visitors conducted over 2,600 job searches on the site in 2024 making hundreds of connections with potential employers.
5,000% Increase
Organic search traffic increased by over 5,000% compared to the previous year, driving huge growth and awareness.
