Our partnership with BBBS Twin Cities began with a complete content and website audit to get a firm understanding of the existing content and functionality. That audit paired with audience interviews and personas, helped to lay the groundwork for the new website.
We wanted visitors to immediately and intimately understand the relationships of “Bigs” and “Littles” — so we proposed a background video to engage visitors.
To conserve budget and expedite production we were able to repurpose video BBBS already had within their media library.
Their previous website was not responsive, and analytics revealed 38% of their audiences was mobile.
Implementing a combination of WordPress CMS and Gravity forms empowers BBBS staff to quickly and easily manage custom contact forms on landing pages, or wherever they desire.
Everyone was excited to see a dramatic surge in leads within the first week of launch.
