We Are Hiring an Operations Manager

ArcStone is looking for someone in our Operations Manager role for our Minneapolis office. An experienced Operations Manager is in charge of booked projects, communicates with clients, delegates tasks, reports progress and delivers projects on-time and on budget.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Manages small and large-scale projects
  • Communicates with clients and team members
  • Facilitates meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • Manages team workload
  • Keeps projects on-time and on-budget
  • Sets project milestones and schedules
  • Oversees team members and delegates tasks
  • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of a project — occasionally in hands-on work as well as management
  • General oversight of hours for invoicing
  • Ensure the team has what they need to be successful with the project

Required skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle numerous projects at once
  • 3–5 years experience as a project manager (or equivalent) in an interactive agency environment
  • Excellent knowledge of web technologies including WordPress, HTML, and CSS
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proven track record in fast-paced work environments
