We Are Hiring: Admin and Marketing Assistant

Blog-Image-Work-with-Us-3ArcStone is looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant position for our Minneapolis office. This is a perfect role for someone that is looking to get into the marketing/software industry and wants to continuously learn new things and improve themselves. This is a full-time position that will include a mix of the following tasks and other administrative/office work:

  • Assemble and manage contact lists of our prospects and customers
  • Create, send and monitor email campaigns
  • Monitor and post on social media channels
  • Help answer phones, email and help schedule meetings
  • Write and edit educational content for blogs
  • Learn software and occasionally give demos to potential customers

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can juggle many tasks at once, be responsive, and pays close attention to detail
  • Is efficient, a quick thinker and has a good sense of humor
  • Is a great communicator -- both written and verbal and confident in your interest with technology and business Is highly organized

There will be on-site training included in this position. Hours are typical business hours with some flexibility Monday-Friday (40 hours per week). The Administration and Marketing Assistant role is a great entry level opportunity with wages starting at $15 an hour.

We have a large, roomy office located on the Greenway by Lake Street and Lyndale Ave. As an FYI - we have a dog friendly environment - with one full time dog employee and multiple part time dogs so be aware, if you don’t like dogs you might not be a good fit.
