Digital Marketing Strategist

ArcStone is looking for a digital marketing strategist. This position is multifaceted and is an excellent opportunity for the right person. Your day-to-day work involves meeting/communicating with clients, creating and managing paid advertising campaigns, conducting SEO and SEM audits, setting up, wrangling, and interpreting data, and managing miscellaneous marketing projects. 

You must be a strong communicator, both verbal and written. Collaborating and working with other team members is key for this position.

We’re looking for a team member who:

  • Is able to manage multiple accounts and handle high-touch clients
  • Is excited about digital marketing and is a curious learner
  • Is able to easily “switch gears” and adept at juggling multiple tasks
  • Is organized and can execute tasks in a timely manner
  • Can contribute to a positive, collaborative environment

Does this sound like you?

  • 3+ years of full-time experience with proven results in paid advertising, data and analysis, SEO, and inbound marketing principles
  • Strong experience developing and executing paid strategies in Google Ads and Facebook Ads (Experience in Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Outbrain platforms is a plus)
  • Thorough understanding of web metrics, digital analytics and the ability to set up accounts, compile, analyze and interpret data
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
  • Agency and HubSpot marketing automation platform experience (preferred)
  • Ability to present and explain technical concepts to non-technical people
  • A strong willingness to learn, evolve and meet deadlines
  • Team player attitude and optimism
  • Play well with dogs (our office building is dog-friendly)
