Position Objective: project lead with marketing partnership clients. Responsible for managing and executing marketing-driven projects/campaigns. 

 

Role-based competencies:


We're looking for a digital marketing leader with great communication skills.

You would lead client meetings, interpret monthly reports, help set strategies, and oversee tasks as part of our team of experts.

We expect working knowledge of key digital marketing strategies and tactics. We understand that there will be areas you have more experience in than others. The primary areas of our practice are...

Digital strategy: Researching and creating strategies that align with goals and objectives. Developing strategies involving content, SEO, social media, paid advertising, email, and other digital marketing efforts. 

Content: Researching & planning strategic content, copy writing for the web - on-page, long-form, blogs, case studies, press releases, etc. All done with an eye to optimize the content using SEO and accessibility best practices.

Paid advertising: Work with clients to determine paid advertising objectives, budgets, campaigns, conversions, and ad creative. Helping to create, update, and manage monthly campaigns.

Social media marketing: Collaborating on strategy, content production & execution, helping to manage paid social media ad creation.

Email marketing: Researching, writing, and sending monthly client emails. 

Marketing analytics: Understanding Google Tag Manager, analytics and related reporting tools and using them to report back to clients.

Design: Creating graphics and imagery for the web, social media, and content.

Skills:
  • Broad-based digital marketing experience. We expect good competency in at least one or two of the above areas.
  • Excellent communications skills - written, oral, active listening, and visual communication.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate campaign results.
Cultural:
  • Adept at navigating a fast-paced environment with many deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, be curious, and grow. 
  • A bias towards wanting to help others achieve their goals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a marketing-related field.
  • Digital marketing experience.
  • Agency experience (preferred).
