The newly launched Gonyea Homes:



Through a partnership between ArcStone, the Gonyea Homes team, and marketing contractor Bungalo Group, the project resulted in an easy to use, custom WordPress website. 

One of the key features of this redesign is the Google Maps integration and custom filtering functionality.  

  • The Google Maps integration shows all available lots and homes using a custom Gonyea pin. These listings update in real-time as users narrow down their search. 
  • Another important aspect of this experience is the ability to filter based on region, school district, city, price range and more. 
  • As you scroll and view various listings, the map stays right justified for a convenient user experience 

The end result is a custom WordPress website that puts the beautiful homes and the end-user first – influencing them to take action.
