ArcStone is looking for a Business Development Specialist. This is a perfect position for someone that is looking to get into the marketing/technology industry and is interested in sales. This will be a full-time position focused initially on lead generation and prospect management, but will evolve quickly into sales and revenue building opportunities with generous commission.
This position will include a mix of the following tasks:
Assemble contact lists of our target markets
Create, send, and monitor email campaigns
Run targeted prospect outreach including emails, social, and cold calling
Maintain our sales contact database (CRM)
Set and run qualifying meetings
Build business relationships with current and potential clients
Create presentations, proposals, and quotes
Meet quotas for qualified leads generated, meetings set, and eventually sales closed
Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
Ideal candidate qualifications:
Insatiably curious about technology, marketing, and business
Great communicator, both written and verbal
Organized and disciplined
Experience using or learning software or technology
Bachelor’s degree preferred
This role will begin with a 3-month contract period paying $20/hour + commission and bonuses, with the opportunity for a full-time role paying base salary + un-capped commission + benefits. Hours typically range from 8-5 CST, Monday-Friday, with some occasional work that may move outside of those hours.
