ArcStone Is Seeking a New Business Development Manager

General Tasks

  • Setting lead generation strategies
  • Setting our sales goals and strategies for the year
  • Coaching our business development reps
  • Meeting with prospects and clients
  • Accountability for top line revenue
  • Working with production to set initial strategies, approach and scope for engagements
  • Writing proposals and generating estimates
  • Create and execute on sales presentations
  • Finalizing client contracts
  • Assisting with hand-off to our production team
  • Managing client relationships
  • Tracking and managing our pipeline / key metrics
  • Guide our sales technology stack
  • Participate on our management team — weekly and quarterly meetings
  • Marketing — promote events, write blog posts, social promotion, etc.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience selling and managing sales in the digital marketing / agency space with top line revenue accountability.

That said the ability to learn quickly and consultative sales ability are the most important traits we’re seeking.

Compensation is performance driven with a base salary and commission structure commensurate with experience.
