Our development process has evolved quite a bit since the early days. One thing has not changed though – our focus is on you, our client. We want the experience to be fun, efficient and as easy as possible – with no surprises. We’ll work with you to create clear specifications. We’ll write a site “blue-print” together, using old-fashioned tools like white boards and paper / pencil (it is difficult to improve upon the classics). We will collaboratively develop the site with you, keeping you posted as each milestone passes. After development is complete ArcStone provides support for the long haul – hosting, maintaining and marketing your site as you need us. Many of our customers have been with us for over a decade. Try us out and discover why they stay.Have a project in mind? Let's Talk.
We use popular programming frameworks and open source tools for all of our custom development work. This helps our customers by enabling them (and us) to easily find experienced resources to help with additional programming muscle. This strategy also insures that we have consistent, well documented and nicely organized source code that can be easily integrated into other systems and applications.
We host and maintain hundreds of WordPress sites. Using the powerful WordPress platform as a standard, we refuse to lock our clients into proprietary (and expensive) content management systems. This also makes our resources more efficient and our hosting secure. We have tailored WordPress by writing custom plug-ins that can do just about anything. Contact us to find out how to put this great open source platform to work for you.
Hosting a thousand web sites gives us a unique perspective on programming. A poorly coded site can easily crash a server or be victimized by hackers. The fact that we usually both develop and host the web applications we create gives us a long term perspective. You know that we will code sites that can be maintained and hosted efficiently.
“ I have had the pleasure of working with Arcstone Technologies since 2008 and on 3 different companies’ websites. Their ability to create a site with such creative elements, aesthetics and strategic functionality always surprises me and keeps me coming back. ”Kris Jacobson, Arcadia Events & Marketing
