Making HR Easy with Wonderfile

For the past year, ArcStone has been working diligently on our baby Wonderfile. It's our web-based solution for storing, sharing, and publishing files (amongst other things) — and it has turned out to be a very flexible chunk of code. In fact, we've found it perfect in our Human Resources...ahem..."department." Thus was born Wonderfile/HR.

Organized, One-Stop HR Management

One way to think of Wonderfile/HR is a digital library for all your HR-related documents. This could include:

• Benefits forms



• Recruiting material

• Employee Resumes

...And much more. Think of every kind of document or file you will need and imagine it all being in one secure place, online.

More Than Just Document Storage

Wonderfile isn't just another online storage solution. It has a number of awesome quirks that help you get your HR done without a fuss.

• Find your files quickly. Wonderfile will change the way you think about organizing your files. It works with tags that you can assign to each of your files. Let's take your resume database, for example. To find a candidate resume with particular skills, click on the tags and watch as your files are qualified resumes filter up to the top of the file list. Viola — you don't have to open each document to find a qualified candidate; Wonderfile does the searching for you.



• Preview files before you even open them. If you're wondering if you've located the right file, you don't have to open it in a separate program. Wonderfile will allow you to preview your files right in the web browser.






• Sharing is easy. If you have forms or documents you need to share with candidates, employees, or vendors, you can do it easily and securely with Wonderfile. They will not need their own Wonderfile account. You can set up each "share" to be password-protected and expire at a certain date.



• Customized library structure. ArcStone can consult with you to determine your HR needs and set up a customized structure with a pre-populated library full of all the appropriate forms. ArcStone will provide ongoing support and training as the need arises.

Share Your Story on the New Breast Cancer Network of Strength Website

ArcStone recently helped launch the Breast Cancer Network of Strength website, which celebrates the 30 year anniversary of the National Breast Cancer Association. (Design credit goes to Clarity Coverdale Fury; ArcStone implemented the Flash programming.)

The Breast Cancer Network of Strength website allows survivors to submit and share their stories. ArcStone is proud to have been a part of this project.
