Wonderfile Spreads Its Wings and Leaves the Beta Nest
by David Carnes, President and CEO, ArcStone
Congratulations mom — you've just given birth to a 9.4 GB baby web site...
I've had the unique and somewhat schizoid experience of being an ArcStone client during the last four months. I feel kind of like the famous TV ad where the company owner closes his pitch by showing his 'before' picture and proudly proclaiming, "I'm not just the Hair Club for Men president — I'm also a customer!"
Wonderfile is a new product and a work of passion for us — we use it. Daily. We have seen the benefits first-hand and want to spread the news. Wonderfile is a better way to manage your digital files.
Like any proud parent, we want to show off our baby. We are busily demoing it to people, building a new promotional web site, creating sample applications, and setting up sample sites.
We and our beta customers have found Wonderfile works particularly well for the following things...
- Tracking proposals
- As a resume database
- Storing and collaborating on video or audio files
- A viable alternative to FTP for web site users to upload files
- An online resource center for training materials or best practices
- A central site to store important document templates
Wonderfile was a missing tool in our digital toolbox. Once you use it, you'll see what we mean.
Don't take my word for it - please try it, free. You can sign up for a free personal account any time.
Special Offer
If you are an ArcStone client, we will give you a free one year upgrade to the Professional level if you give us feedback or refer a friend to Wonderfile (this upgrade is worth $95). Simply contact sales@arcstone.com with the feedback or referral by June 15th.
We hope you enjoy shifting the file management paradigm!
Thanks,
David

Introducing Belden Sadler, VP of Operations for AMO
ArcStone welcomes Belden Sadler, joining the team and at the bat for Association Management Online (AMO)
A Little About Belden
Belden's extensive background in association management and his technical savvy make him an ideal VP of operations to help take AMO into a new period of growth and prosperity. He comes to us with over 8 years of programming experience and association management, so we're assuming he knows what he's gotten himself into. (Right, Belden?)
One of Belden's primary objectives in the short term is to shore up the business side of AMO with the programming side of things. He will be assisting in project management and providing technical direction as AMO and ArcStone grow.
And AMO is definitely growing, and Belden is here to help grow AMO in an orderly fashion. His vision is to make the software program itself a stronger product that will appeal to a broader audience of associations, and develop it so that it is easier to support and maintain. With Belden's experience in change management, we hope to usher in a new period of growth and prosperity for AMO.
